2. Data we process

Contact data. If you contact us through the form on this website, by email, or book a call, we process your name, company, email address and the content of your message in order to reply.

Data from our activity as an Amazon seller. To manage our Amazon seller and advertising accounts we use internal applications connected to Amazon's APIs (Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API). Through them we process business data: sales, orders, inventory, prices, settlements, returns and campaign performance. These applications do not collect buyers' names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.

Data needed to ship orders. When we fulfil an order sold on Amazon, we process the buyer's name and delivery address solely to create the shipping label and deliver the parcel. This data is provided by Amazon and is not used for any other purpose.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We do not sell personal data, use it for our own advertising, or build buyer profiles.

4. Retention

5. Who we share data with

Only with service providers acting as data processors under a contract with appropriate safeguards:

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. How we protect data

Data is always encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it for their work, with two-step verification. API credentials are kept in a secrets manager and never in code. We have a security incident response plan.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@juliuscommerce.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our activity or in the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
